The Foundation Phase learners had a very educational and fun filled Reading Week. A complete program was planned for each day. The first day learners brought their favourite book to school and explained why it was their favourite book to the class. The second day they had a Teddy Bear picnic. The third day they made sock puppets and performed a show in the class. The final day was the culmination of the reading week. It was dress up day! They had to dress according to a character of a book. This was really a fantastic period and the learners thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it.
