Foundation Phase
In Grades 1 to 3, we focus on the core subjects (Language, Math and Life Skills) and aim to lay down a solid foundation, in order to prepare the students for all future schooling.
In Grade 1, learners start receiving homework and are also introduced to formal tests (assessments) and projects for this first time.
Foundation phase learners also have PE weekly as part of the curriculum, music and coding once a week during school time. We have extracurricular activities we incorporate into our daily program to stimulate learners outside of the curriculum.
They have a variety of extramural activities to choose from which is offered in the afternoons after school.
Our teachers also provide extra afterschool lessons for learners, based on the need.
We have 2 classes in each Foundation Phase Grade.
Intermediate Phase
In the Intermediate Phase we expose the learners to different opportunities and subjects, to prepare them for their journey into High School, and also introduce the learners to Science Fairs and various Olympiads. Exams are written during the months of June and November. They also have coding and music lessons once a week, and there is the option of participating in Robotics as an extra-curricular activity.
Extra lessons are available for students to attend after school on certain days and Saturday tuition is also available for Math and Science as well as Olympiad training.
A variety of extramural activities is available for Intermediate learners to choose from.
